For ten years I worked as a professional stuntwoman. I got obsessed with what makes people freeze — and what shifts it. That obsession led me to NLP, and eventually to this work.

FAQ's
Is this therapy?
NLP shares roots with therapeutic models, but it works very differently. Traditional therapy often involves revisiting and talking through a problem repeatedly over time. In a session with me, we don't go over the problem again and again, we go straight to the root cause and remove it. The difference in experience is significant.
Do I need multiple sessions?
You'll notice a real shift after a single 90-minute session, that's not a promise I make lightly. For a thorough clear-out of deeper or layered patterns, I typically recommend five to six sessions. But you won't leave the first one wondering if anything happened.
What if I don't feel a shift?
It's rare, but if you genuinely don't notice a shift, it usually means there's another underlying pattern we haven't reached yet, not that the work isn't working. We'd talk about what that is and where to go next.
How is this different from just talking?
Most approaches focus on what you think or feel. NLP works on why the thought or feeling is there in the first place. Context matters more than content. We're not processing the story, we're finding and interrupting the pattern underneath it.
What if I'm sceptical?
Scepticism and openness aren't the same thing. If you're sceptical but genuinely open to the process, that's fine, curiosity is enough. But if you're closed off going in, the work won't land. NLP requires your full participation. Think of it this way: I can find the door and show you how to open it. But you have to be willing to walk through it.
Is this right for me?
If you're ready to take action and want to understand and remove what's been stopping you, yes. If you're looking for someone to vent to without wanting anything to change, or if you're dealing with a severe clinical mental health condition that needs medical intervention, I'm probably not the right fit and I'll always tell you that honestly.
How quickly can I book follow-up sessions?
Sessions are spaced at least two weeks apart. This isn't a scheduling limitation, it's intentional. The shift from a session continues to settle in the days and weeks after. Coming back too soon interrupts that process.
